MSHP Arrest Reports for September 25, 2023

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 35-year-old Lester W. Martin of Sedalia at 2:25 a.m. Saturday in Pettis County. He was suspected of driving while intoxicated, persistent offender; and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Martin was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 29-year-old Dmitriy P. Ovseychuk of Hughesville at 11:15 p.m. Friday in Pettis County. He was suspected of driving while intoxicated, and was also wanted on a Pettis County warrant. Ovseychuck was taken to the Pettis County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 41-year-old Stephanie L. Ramirez of California, Mo., at 2:32 p.m. Sunday in Moniteau County. She was wanted on a misdemeanor warrant for a seat belt violation out of Jefferson City. She was taken to the Moniteau County Jail.
