MSHP Arrest Reports for September 28, 2020

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 28-year-old Victoriano Sevastion-Felipe of Sedalia at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday in Pettis County.  He was charged with felony DWI, 1st degree property damage and resisting arrest. Sevastion-Felipe was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 46-year-old Matthew D. Hix of Windsor at 12:19 p.m. Saturday in Pettis County. He was charged with displaying the license plates of another vehicle, no insurance and was also wanted on a felont warrant out of Henry County. Hix was taken to the Pettis County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 38-year-old Shane R. Morgan of Sedalia at 10:09 p.m. Friday in Benton County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana. Morgan was processed and released.
