MSHP Arrest Reports for September 29, 2019

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 24-year-old Steven M. Cope of Clinton at 10:13 a.m. Sunday morning in Henry County. Cope was taken to the Henry County Jail and charged with possession of stolen property, speeding and no valid license plates. Also arrested at the same time was 19-year-old Kourtney N. Wood of Cole Camp. She was also taken to the Henry County Jail and charged with possession of stolen property.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 36-year-old Michele D. Berthiaume of Warsaw at 8:48 a.m. Sunday morning in Benton County. She was taken to the Benton County Jail and charged with two counts of felony possession of controlled substance (oxycodone), felony tampering with a motor vehicle, no valid license and misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Berthiaume was later released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 38-year-old Andrew M. Wheeler of Lincoln at 11:51 p.m. Saturday night in Henry County. Wheeler was taken to the Henry County Jail and charged with DWI. He was later released.
