MSHP Arrest Reports for September 6, 2022

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 48-year-old Shannon M. Arnold of Marshall at 12:16 a.m. Tuesday in Ray County. She was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs. Arnold was taken to the Ray County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 38-year-old Brandon J. Culbreth of Sedalia at 8:14 p.m. Monday in Pettis County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, no valid license and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Culbreth was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 35-year-old Viktoria K. Radoulova of Holden at 5:45 p.m. Sunday in Cass County. She was charged with a felony assault, and taken to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 39-year-old Thomas E. Lewis of Holden at 2:35 p.m. Sunday in Johnston County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, 1st degree endangering the welfare of a child, and speeding. Lewis was taken to the Johnson County Sheriff's Department, where he was placed on a 12-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 69-year-old Wayne Ash of Holden at 2:22 p.m. Sunday in Cass County. He was charged with 3rd degree felony assault. Ash was taken to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 37-year-old Wayne Ash Jr., of Holden at 2:22 p.m. Sunday in Cass County. He was charged with 3rd degree felonty assault. Ash was taken to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45-year-old Benjamin R. Rockhold of Versailles at 2:23 p.m. Saturday in Moniteau County. He was charged with no seat belt, and was also wanted on a misdemeanor Miller County warrant for failure to wear a seat belt. Rockhold was taken to the Moniteau County Jail.
