MSHP Arrests for November 9, 2019

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 43-year-old Wayne J. Lilley of Windsor at 11:38 a.m. Saturday in Benton County. Lilley was wanted on a felony warrants out of Henry and Pettis counties. He was taken to the Benton County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 46-year-old Marcelle F. Page of Warsaw at 12:46 a.m. Saturday in Benton County. Page was charged with DWI, speeding and failure to drive within a single lane. He was taken to the Benton County Jail on a 12-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 52-year-old Rose E. Harmon of Clinton at 12:27 a.m. Saturday in Henry County. Harmon was charged with DWI and taken to the Henry County Jail.
