Russell Wayne Peepo, 48

Russell Wayne Peepo, 48, of Sedalia, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2012, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.  He was born on October 28, 1963, in Ashland, Wisconsin, a son of Jerry G. and Eudora A. (Juoni) Peepo.  Russell loved the outdoors and enjoyed working and volunteering through Habitat for Humanity, and building ramps for the handicap and elderly in the Sedalia area.  He served his country honorably in the United States Army during Desert Storm.

Besides his mother, he is survived by a sister, Mitzi Dawson, of Raytown, MO, and several nieces and nephews, including, Matthew Dawson and Adam Peepo, both of Sedalia. He was predeceased by his father and a brother, Jerry A. Peepo.   A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm, Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia, with the Rev. Viola Rhoads, officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
