A 64-year old Knob Noster man was flown to an area hospital after suffering serious injuries in a Pettis County motorcycle accident.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident at 10:40 Friday night, on Highway 50, one mile west of Highway MM.

According to the online crash report, a westbound 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle traveled off the left side of the road, ejecting the driver. The motorcycle overturned several times before coming to rest.

The driver, 64-year old David P. Medrano, of Knob Noster, suffered serious injuries in the wreck. Medrano was flown to Centerpoint Hospital, by Staff for Life Air Ambulance, for treatment.

The report indicates Medrano was wearing a safety device at the time of the crash.

The motorcycle was totaled.
