This is a compilation of reports released by the Pettis County Sheriff's Office:

On Tuesday, Pettis County Deputies conducted a vehicle stop in the 4800 block of South Limit on a vehicle that failed to signal. During the stop, a passenger consented to a search of her property. Marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located. The passenger, Brittany Hall of Sedalia, was arrested, as well as the driver, Zachary Denny, also of Sedalia. He was charged with driving while revoked (second offense). Both were taken to the Pettis County Jail, pending charges by the Pettis County Prosecutor's Office.


 

On Tuesday just before 3 p.m., Pettis County Deputies took a report from Sherry Painter-Torres, 22321 Hitaffer Road, in reference to a red 1999 Dodge Dakota. Investigation showed that the steering column was damaged. In addition, the rear of the drive shaft was removed from the truck. Suspects then apparently pushed the truck back into the driveway.


 

On Monday, the Pettis County Sheriff's Office received information on a suspicious vehicle parked on the roadway, with no plates near Kathy and Arrowhead Road. Deputies arrived on scene and locked up the vehicle that was reported stolen out of Sedalia.


 

On Saturday around 5 p.m., Pettis County Deputies responded to 23942 Highway 765 for a theft report. The reporting party stated that the mother of his children took approximately 1,000 rounds of .40 caliber ammunition and 40 rounds of .410 shotguns shells from the residence. The value was estimated at $800 and $20, respectively.
