Pettis County Sheriff’s Reports for June 7, 2020
On Sunday morning, Pettis County deputies took a report of an abandoned green Kawasaki Bayou ATV near Meyers Road in Green Ridge on the Katy Trail.
On Sunday at at 2:12 a.m., Pettis County deputies arrested 32-year-old Cornelio Nunez-Cornejo of Sedalia at Main and Curry Drive for speeding, DWI, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
On Saturday night, Pettis County deputies arrested Sarah McAteer of Sedalia in the 400 block of South Brown on active warrants out of Pettis County and Sedalia.
On Saturday, Pettis County deputies took a property damage report in the 1500 block of South Ohio.
On Saturday, Kelly Burkholder came to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office to report that she had received a Sprint smart phone that she did not order. Investigation revealed that personal information was used by unknown person to order the phone, then have it sent to her address, where the suspect would later intercept it. But in this case, Burkholder recovered it first, and the phone was sent back to Sprint.
On June 4, Pettis County deputies took a theft report involving to dresses and a watch from a room at Super 7 Motel, 5650 South Limit.
On June 4, Pettis County deputies towed an abandoned motor vehicle from Highway T and Highway 50.
