This is a compilation of reports released by the Pettis County Sheriff''s Office:

On Thursday, Pettis County deputies responded to the area of 28th and New York on an assault that happened in the 1700 block of East 28th. As a result of investigation, deputies arrested Glen Michael Naylor for 2nd degree assault and armed criminal action. The victim reported that Naylor attacked him with a steel pipe, resulting in injury. The victim was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment by PCAD. Sedalia Police assisted deputies at the scene.


 

On Tuesday, Pettis County deputies took an assault report in Green Ridge. A female was struck in the head with a hammer, according to the report. The victim then made her way to Bothwell for medical treatment. The suspect, identified as Chelsie R. Comfort, left the area prior to officers' arrival. Charges of 2nd degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon were requested.


 

On Thursday, Pettis County deputies took a property damage report in the 18000 block of Fowler Road in Hughesville.


 

On Thursday, Pettis County deputies took a property damage report in the 7100 block of Boonville Road. Daniel Keltner reported damage to his truck, following a verbal domestic disturbance.


 

On Thursday, Pettis County deputies responded to Angus Drive on an agency assist. Subsequently, August Shull was arrested, pending formal charges by the Higginsville Police Department.


 

On Thursday, Pettis County deputies took a report of a missing juvenile at Budget Inn, 4701 South Limit. The juvenile was later located and Richard Bartlett was arrested for outstanding warrants.


 

On Tuesday, Vida Schultz reported that a dog got loose from a home in the area, came to her house and killed her kitten. The dog was later located and returned to its owners. Further investigation is pending.


 

On Tuesday, Pettis County deputies responded to a disturbance not in progress in the 1400 block of Elm Hills Blvd. No arrests were made.


 

On Monday, Pettis County deputies took a theft report in the 700 block of McVey. Reported stolen were two Samsung S10 Notes.
