Pettis County Sheriff’s Reports for November 12, 2019

Pettis County deputies arrested Dmitriy Garnik on a Municipal warrant on Monday.

On Monday afternoon, deputies responded to Motor Rush Auto, 23478 Hall Road in Pettis County, for a property damage report that occurred on Sunday.

On Sunday night, Pettis County deputies took a report of violation of a full order of protection from Rebecca L. Opfer of La Monte. Charges against the suspect are being requested.

On Sunday morning around 1:20 a.m., Pettis County deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 4800 block of South Limit on a vehicle with plates that belonged to another vehicle. While deputies were making contact with the driver, the driver and front-seat passenger were attempting to switch seats. The driver was identified as Ariel Jade Hansell of Marshall. Hansell was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana (less than five grams), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hansell was placed on a 24-hour hold, pending the filing for formal charges.
