SO reports 11-18-19

On Friday morning around 8 a.m., Samantha Jo Smith entered the Pettis County Sheriff's Office and turned herself in on two active failure to appear warrants for her arrest. One was an $83 cash bond warrant for no child restraint and one was an $84 cash bond for no proof of insurance. Once the warrants were confirmed, Smith was escorted to the Pettis County Jail, where she later posted bond.


 

On Friday around 2:30 p.m., Pettis County deputies took a report of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on private property on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. in the 4500 block of South Limit.


 

On Friday, Pettis County deputies took a report of 4th degree domestic assault report in the 4100 block of Green Circle.


 

On Thursday, deputies arrested Rowdy Don Eckhoff of Warrensburg for resisting arrest. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.


 

On Sunday, deputies took a report of illegal dumping in the area of Cloney Road.


 

On Monday, deputies were dispatched to the 3200 block of Hill Lane for a 2nd degree burglary report.


 

On Nov. 12, deputies took a report of credit card fraud in the 16000 block of Highway 52 in Windsor that was believed to have occurred Oct. 20.
