We've got some good weather on tap for the weekend. And while the forecast calls for pleasant temperatures for the next week, it's not exactly pool weather. Of course, the heat and humanity will be here sooner than we'd like. And when the heat and humanity hit, you'll want to make a beeline to Liberty or Centennial pool. This is what you need to know.

Pool passes are now on sale for the 2021 season at the Sedalia Parks & Recreation office. Pool passes are good for general admission, adult swim and swimming under the stars. Passes are $60.00 each. If you purchase three or more in one transaction you'll save $10.00 per pass. Pool ticket booklets are available for $40.00, which are good for twelve visits.

Both Liberty and Centennial Pools are available for rental. 90 minute and two and a half hour rentals are available throughout the week. And rental prices range from $175.00 to $300.00. Rental costs are up to 50 people. Pool renters are responsible for cleaning up trash from any presents, food etc.

Additionally, you can rent the Cabana at Liberty or Centennial Pool between the hours of 1:00PM -3:00PM CDT or 4:00PM - 6:00PM CDT. Cost of the rental is $30.00. Outside food and drink is allowed in the cabana and rental cost does not include pool admission.
