POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (AP) — A southeast Missouri teacher returned to work the day after being bitten by a copperhead snake. The Poplar Bluff Daily American Republic reports Katelyn Campa recovered quickly after being bitten by the snake on September 2nd. Campa used the incident as an opportunity to teach her Poplar Bluff fifth-graders about snake safety.
