Recently Resolved Cases in the Circuit Court of Pettis County

A sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from October 15, 2018 to November 5, 2018.

Joshua Wade Bridges:  age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle.

Richard R. Rhea:  age 36, Warrensburg, MO was sentenced to two 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Correction on two separate matters (1 count Forgery and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine).

Tuesday Sparks:  age 28, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10, 10 and 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (2 counts Delivery of a Controlled Substance-heroin and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine).

Xavier Moore:  age 17, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Robbery and 1 count Armed Criminal Action).

Antwon Steele:  age 18, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 after his probation was revoked.

Alexander Rhea Logan:  age 21, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing.

Jourdan D. Diehl:  age 20, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Receiving Stolen Property and 1 count Stealing).

Robert Bower:  age 33, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

James Ernest Stark:  age 42, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 year in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Attempted Enticement of a Child.

Jacoby Gepford:  age 25, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 6 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Assault in the Second Degree.
