Robert Charles Jennings, 63, of Sedalia, died Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at home of pancreatic cancer.   He was born January 2, 1949 in Oelwein, Iowa, a son of the late Max and Clara Jennings.  He was united in marriage to Terri Glasscock in Kirksville, Missouri on November 22, 1980.  To this union were born three sons: Jared, Zachary, and Evan and 2 daughters: Bethany and Evangeline.   Robert grew up in Northeast Iowa and graduated from Starmont High School in 1967.  He attended two years at Upper Iowa College, Fayette, Iowa. He received a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business in 1971 at which time the Lord Jesus Christ saved him from his sins.  He worked as a sales representative for DeKalb Seeds for 2 ½ years and resigned to pursue the ministry.   Bob was ordained in 1978 by Lake Road Chapel at Kirksville, MO, where Bob and Terri were married in 1980 and where he pastored for five years.  Since 1983 Bob pastored the church at Highway M Chapel, Sedalia,   He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Terri Jennings, of the home;  a son, Jared Jennings and his wife, Sarah and three grandchildren (Raymond, Jaben, and Scarlet) of Oak Grove; a daughter, Bethany Jennings and her husband, James of San Antonio, Texas; a son Zachary Jennings of Sedalia; a daughter, Evangeline Jennings of Sedalia; and a son, Evan Jennings of Sedalia; a brother, Tom Jennings, of  Colorado Springs and wife, Charlene. He was preceded in death by his parents.   Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Sedalia Middle School. Pallbearers will be Jared Jennings, Zachary Jennings, Evan Jennings, James Jennings, Gary Glasscock, and Mark Glasscock.  Burial will follow at Smithton Cemetery, Smithton, Missouri.
