All eyes in the audience were tuned in as Sacred Heart School hosted its annual elementary spring concert.

The theme, "As Seen On TV,"  included catchy tunes from popular television shows like Green Acres, Full House, Friends, Sesame Street, and The Brady Bunch.

Entertainment also included a special appearance from International Women's Whistling Champion title holder, Mary Frances Herndon, who provided the whistling accompaniment to the SHS fourth graders performance of The Fishin' Hole, from The Andy Griffith Show.

Performances by the fifth and sixth grade band also included notable hits like Addams Family and Theme from the Flinstones.

The "As Seen On TV" concert was led by Darrin Hartman, choir director; and Nancy Edwards, band director. Choreography was conducted by Lucy Clark. Jeannine Dove, SHS kindergarten teacher, served as the master of ceremonies.

PICTURED:  "WHISTLER"  Mary Frances Herndon, International Women's Whistling Champion title holder, provided the whistling accompaniment to the SHS fourth graders performance of  The Fishin' Hole, from The Andy Griffith Show. The popular show included 249 episodes that aired on CBS from 1960 to 1968.

PICTURED:  "SECOND GRADE"  Second graders charmed the audience with their song and dance rendition of I Taut I Taw A Puddy-Tat, from Looney Tunes. The animated series ran from 1930 to 1969.

PICTURED: "FIFTH GRADE" Gilligan's Island, which first appeared on the CBS network in 1964, followed the comic adventure of seven castaways on a remote island. The show's theme song Ballad of Gilligan's Island, was performed by the fifth grade.

PICTURED:  "BAND"   In keeping with the "As Seen On T.V." theme, the SHS Band, under the direction of Nancy Edwards, performed "The Addams Family and Theme From the Flinstones." Members of the junior high and high school band also joined the elementary band on a few songs.
