Search Warrant Yields Two Arrests in Warrensburg

On Thursday, Feb. 27, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Enforcement Unit assisted the Warrensburg Proactive Crime Division with the assistance of the Warrensburg Police Department Joint Special Weapons and Tactics Team, execute a narcotics-related search warrant in the 100 block South Marr Street, Warrensburg.

During the investigation, James E. Burrows, age 31, Warrensburg, was arrested for Possession of controlled substance (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M), Unlawful use of weapon (F), Endangering the welfare of a child 2nd degree X 2 (M).

Eugene H. Tucker, age 24, Warrensburg, was arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia (M).
