Funeral Announcements for August 25, 2025

A Celebration of Life for Billy Gene Neff, 93, of Sedalia,  will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 5 p.m., one hour prior to the service. Full military honors will be presented by the United States Army and Sedalia VFW Post #2591. Sedalia 40&8 Voiture 333 will conduct a memorial tribute in his honor, with support from the Patriot Guard Riders.

A celebration of Life for Louis Lee Barkacs, 87, of Sedalia, will be held Monday at 11 a.m.  August 25 at Calvary Episcopal Church.

Funeral service for Carlyn J. Crawford, 92, of Sedalia, will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 25 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

There will be a memorial service held at a later date by the family of Larry James Murphy Sr., 79, of Sedalia. Cremation arrangements in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Graveside service for Karen Lea Holman, 83, of Sedalia, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4 at Highland Park Cemetery, 4101 State Avenue, Kansas City, Kan. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

There will be a celebration of life gathering with family and friends held at a later date for Dennis J. Bunn Sr., 67, of Sedalia. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A Funeral Mass for Deborah Ann Agnew, 74, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 19 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cottleville, Mo. Burial will be in Ste. Philippine Cemetery in St. Charles, Mo. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A graveside service and burial for Henry Cowden "Buster" Saddler, 90, of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2 at Calvary Cemetery. Full military honors will follow at 1 p.m. at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, conducted by the United States Air Force. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
