Funeral Announcements for March 30, 2026

The family of for John Edward "Ed" Sartain, 70, of Sedalia, will receive friends beginning at 10 a.m. Monday, March 30 at Heckart Funeral Home, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery in Otterville.

No formal services will be held for Donna Mae Reynolds, 79, of Sedalia. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A graveside service for Dona F. Smith, 76, of Sedalia, will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, March 30, at Olive Branch Cemetery, Beaman. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A graveside service and burial for Michael T. Roberts, 68, of Sedalia, formerly of St. Louis, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 2 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, with full military honors conducted by the United States Navy. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A Celebration of life for Lenny Lou Drake, 78, of Sedalia, will be held at a later date in Sedalia, and Shenandoah, Iowa. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A Celebration of Life for Shane Lee Edwards, 51, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m Friday, April 3 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. A private family burial will follow immediately after the service.

A celebration of life for Katie Elizabeth Pettis, 41, of Sedalia, will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 2 at Rea Funeral Chapel.
