Funeral Announcements for September 22, 2025

A private graveside memorial gathering with family and friends of Shirley Grace Ballew, 83, of Sedalia, will be held at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Warrensburg at a later date. Cremation arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service for Edna Cleo Payne, 85, of Sedalia, will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25 at Grace Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. A private burial will be held by the family at a later date in Crown Hill Cemetery.

A graveside memorial service for Eldon Lee McClain, 85 of Sedalia, will be held by the family at a later date at Olive Branch Cemetery in rural Sedalia.

The family of Dixie W. Meyer, 81, of Otterville, will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22 at Heckart Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23 at Heckart Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date in IOOF Cemetery, Otterville.
