Sedalia Man Injured After Car Strikes Tree

An 18-year old Sedalia man was injured Wednesday morning after his car struck a tree in Pettis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident at approximately 9:20, on S. Marshall Ave. north of McVey Road.

According to the online crash report, a 1999 Honda Accord lost control due to the wet conditions, traveled off the road, and struck a tree.

The driver, Chance H. Todd, suffered moderate injuries in the wreck. Todd was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment.

The Honda was totaled and towed.
