Funeral Announcements for May 19, 2026

A graveside service for Kamla Gay Dix, 68, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 19 at Crown Hill Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

A memorial service for Betty Jean (Lindsey) Ream (BJ), 72, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 27 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial for James Daniel “Dan” Brant, 71, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 22 at St. Vincent de Paul Sacred Heart Chapel. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m., to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 21 at Heckart Funeral Home.

Visitation for Tracey Ann Fields, 60, of Sedalia, will begin at noon Thursday, May 21, at Heckart Funeral Home, with a memorial service to follow at 1 p.m.
