Enter This Amateur Photo Contest!

The Sedalia Photography Club will sponsor an AgExpo Photo Contest Feb. 6 – 7 at the Missouri State Fairgrounds in the Mathewson Exhibition Center.

The contest is designed for amateurs only.

Entries need to be 8x10 photos matted to 11x14. (No frames please).

Entries may be in color, black & white or sepia tone.

No photo manipulation is allowed, except for cropping and color.

Each photographer may enter up to three submissions.

Entries will be divided into two groups – over 18 and under 18.

Each entry must have the photographer’s name and contact information on the back. NO names on the front.

There will be four themes to choose from, including:

*The Beauty of the Farm

*Farmers, Families and Farm Life

*Animals From the Farm

*Farm Equipment

Each age group (above 18, below 18) will be award prizes for first place $25, second place $10, and third place $5.

You may drop off your matted photos at the Mathewson on Feb. 5 from 4 to 6 p.m., and on Feb. 6 before 9 a.m.

You may pick up your photos after 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7.
