The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Friday, Oct. 11, 2013.

Several Thefts Reported

A woman in the 1800 Block of South Barrett reported to Sedalia Police that her 1997 Dodge Intrepid was stolen and also found her name was forged on the title on Oct. 9.

Employees of Wesley United Methodist Church at 1322 West Broadway reported to Sedalia Police that $1500 in aluminum storm windows were stolen from the church between Oct. 6 and 10.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that her vehicle window was broken into and spare change was stolen while the car was parked in the 100 Block of West Pacific yesterday (Oct. 10).

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that her purse was stolen from her vehicle, while shopping at Lowe's yesterday morning (Oct. 10).

Pettis County Deputies investigated a possible theft at the Stoney Ridge Village on Bothwell Park Road.

Several Property Damage Incidents Occurred In Pettis County

Pettis County Deputies received a report of property damage in the 3500 Block of South Grand in the Brentwood Mobile Park. A window and metal siding were shot with an unknown firearm.

Pettis County Deputies received a report of property damage in the 32000 Block of Highway HH. A door had been damaged from an attempted break in yesterday (Oct. 10).

Sedalia Police are investigating an assault that happened in the 1000 Block of West 3rd yesterday (Oct. 10).

Pettis County Deputies are investigating a harassment complaint that happened in the 400 Block of S. Illinois Street in Green Ridge.

Sedalia Police Make Two Arrests

Sedalia Police arrested James Vaughan for having a Johnson County probation violation, bond set at $25,000.

Sedalia Police arrested Keli Reno for failure to appear for theft and fraud, bond set at $523.
