Here are the Sedalia Police Cavalcade reports for October 5.

A woman from Knob Noster reported to Sedalia Police that her 1995 Mercury Cougar was stolen while parked in the 3100 Block of West Broadway on October 4, between 3:01 and 10 a.m.

Numerous frozen meat products, valued at $85 was stolen from a freezer in a home in the 1100 Block of East 12th between 5 p.m. October 2 and Noon on October 4.

Sedalia Police investigated an assault in the 700 Block of East 15th that occurred at 9 a.m. October 4.

Early this morning (October 5), Sedalia Police noticed a car with a registration that was expired and the rear license plates light was not functioning in the area of West 16th and South Vermont. Sedalia Police found the driver, Jeremy Gross, to be in possession of meth and schedule 2 controlled prescriptions. Gross was unable to show a valid prescription and was arrested. Gross was charged with expired vehicle registration, defective tail lights, possession of controlled substances with the intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance  possession of schedule 2 narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sedalia Police arrested Travis Christian for a failure to appear on a no insurance charge and a probation violation for assault, city bond was set at $197.50 cash and state was $2,500 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Lauren Whitfield for stealing flea medication from Walmart on October 4, bond set at $531.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Mark Hawkins for possession of marijuana, less than 35 grams, bond set at $51.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Jeremiah Mullins for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Dallas Carlock for possession of marijuana, less than 35 grams.

Sedalia Police arrested Nicanor Esquivel for driving while revoked.
