Around 10:45 in the morning on March 12, in the 2400 block of West Broadway, Sedalia Police officers took a report of a male who was yelling at customers. The suspect left the area on foot, heading in an unknown direction. Several other calls in the 1100-1400 blocks of South Limit Avenue, were placed to the police station, with concerns about the same male subject doing the same thing. Contact was finally made with the suspect in the 1400 block of South Limit. The male was treated by medical personell. Then officers arrested 34-year old Dustin L. Mcllory for a peace disturbance. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail, pending state charges.

On March 11, around 8:15 in the morning, officers took a report of a vehicle theft at Katy Motors, located at 4303 South Limit. Reported missing, was a motorcycle valued at $600.00. A juvenile suspect was later located trying to sell the motorcycle. The bike was recovered and paperwork is being sent to the Juvenile Office.

Around 9:40 in the evening on March 11, Sedalia officers were dispatched to the area of Limit and 4th Street, in reference to an intoxicated driver. The supect had left the scene of an accident earlier. Arrested at the scene was 58-year old Robert Joseph Paul. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail with a bond set at $533.50 cash or surety.

Around 7:20 in the evening on March 11, Sedalia Police officers were dispatched to Wal-Mart, located at 3201 West Broadway for a shoplifting report. Upon contact with the suspect, officers discovered he was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Asset Protection said the suspect stole numerous items and when confronted by an employee, the suspect threw the items at the employee, striking them numerous times. Arrested at the scene was 27-year old Clinton James Carney. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending various state charges.

Around 3:55 in the afternoon on March 11, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of West 5th Street for a report of a disturbance. The victim stated that the suspect had assaulted her and threatened to kill her. 36-year old Brian A. Jasper was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail, pending the charges of 2nd degree domestic assault, felonious restraint, and unlawful use of a weapon.

Late in the evening of March 10, around 11:30, in the 1700 block of East 4th Street, there was a report of a disturbance involving weapons. 40-year old Christopher Eugene Bartlett was arrested for 1st degree burglary and 2nd degree assault.

Early in the morning on March 13, around 3:10, officers investigated a report of a hit and run accident in the 1100 block of South Ohio Avenue. Contact was made with the suspect in the 100 block of West 14th Street. 31-year old Taylor Reed Whitley was arrested for a DWI and leaving the scene of an accident. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail with a bond set at $533.50, cash or surety.

Just after 3:00 in the afternoon on March 11, officers took a report of 2 fraudulent transactions on the victim's debit card. One charge was made to the Sedalia Water Department and the other charge was made at Footlocker. Both transactions totaled $299.86. The investigation is ongoing and there were no further details in the police report.

Around 8:30 in the morning on March 11, Sedalia Police officers responded to the 300 block of South Engineer Avenue for a warrant check. 23-year old Johnathan D. Pruett was arrested for an active warrant out of Pettis County. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail with a bond set at $25,000.00, cash or surety.
Pettis County Sheriff's deputies arrested John T. Dawson III on March 11. He was arrested in the 3100 block of South Limit on an outstanding warrant from St. Charles County, Missouri.
