Sedalia Police crime reports 9-25-17

Sedalia Police arrested Jonathan B. Holland, 18, Sedalia, after a traffic stop on a blue 2003 Ford Mustang at Broadway and Thompson at 2:09 a.m. Friday. Holland was wanted on an Atchison County warrant. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $500 cash bond. Also arrested for the same charges was Timothy E. Holland, 49, Sedalia.


 

On Friday, Timothy L. Davis, 41, was arrested for trespassing at Break Time, 318 W. Broadway. According to the report, he was previously warned not to be on the property. Davis was taken to the Pettis County Jail.


 

On Friday, Dairy Queen, 1811 S. Limit, reported that someone walked out of the business with a cake without paying for it. The suspect was later identified. Charges of stealing are being sought.


 

On Sunday at 11:44 p.m., Darren Alexander Morey, 21, Sedalia, was arrested on a Municipal warrant, two Pettis County warrants, Driving While Suspended and Resisting Arrest at 318 W. Broadway.


 

Stephen Andrew Bartlett, 32, Sedalia, was arrested on a Pettis County warrant at the SPD at 5:15 p.m. Friday. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail.


 

Marcus W. Iman, 27, Sedalia, was arrested in two Pettis County warrants at Broadway and Monroe Saturday night. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $300 bond.


 

Jesus Cano Gonzalez, 36, Sedalia, was arrested for Open Container and also Driving While Revoked after a traffic stop on a blue 2007 Dodge Caliber Sunday at 1 a.m. at Pettis and Cooper. The passenger, Guadalupe A. Mendoza, 28, Sedalia, was also arrested. Both were taken to the Pettis County Jail with a Nov. 1 court date.


 

Kurtes Euegene Marshall, 21, Sedalia, was arrested Friday evening in the 200 block of E. St. Louis on a Municipal warrant and also Resisting Arrest after Sedalia Police conducted a warrant check. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released on a $50 bond. He now has an Oct. 18 court date.


 

Anthony Kohl Rihcardson, 17, was arrested at 16th and Osage Friday morning on a Pettis County warrant. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $1,500 cash or surety bond.


 

Alondra Alejo, 18, Sedalia, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana after a traffic stop on a blue 2006 Chrysler at Main and Missouri at 12:21 a.m. Sunday. Alejo was an occupant in the vehicle, She was issued a Municipal summons and released. She now has a Nov. 1 court date.


 

On Friday, Kohl's, 4300 Wisconsin, reported a theft in progress. According to the report, three Fitbit Charge 2s were taken. Charges of 1st Degree Burglary and Stealing are being sought. Surveillance video of the suspects were provided to the SPD.


 

On Sunday, Virgil A. Edgar reported the theft of a girls bike valued at $200, taken from his front yard in the 400 block of N. Grand. The theft occurred between 7 and 7:30 p.m.


 

On Sunday, Lorene M. Coufal reported damage to her door in the 1100 block of W. 3rd, causing $100 of damage.


 

On Sunday, Pamela Altis reported damage to her mailbox in the 800 block of E. 24th, causing $30 of damage.


 

On Friday, Debra A, Garner reported the theft of a black 2013 KYMC Scooter between Sept. 19 and 22 in the 200 block of S. Quincy.


 

On Friday, Mikalya Droege reported the theft of a cell phone in the 1800 block of E. Broadway.


On Saturday, Kevin Bullard reported that someone stole a license plate from his motorcycle in the 600 block of Duke Drive. The loss was estimated at $30.


 

On Aug. 25, Mary Jo Martin reported that multiple items were stolen from her residence in the 200 block of Driftwood. The total loss was estimated at around $2,000.
