Sedalia Police and the Division of Family Services are investigating a reported case of child abuse.

Sedalia Police and the Pettis County Children's Division are investigating a reported assault that occurred in the area of West 3rd and South Moniteau on May 10.

Three juveniles in the area of West 3rd and South Park reported to Sedalia Police that a female suspect tried to run them over yesterday (June 1). The woman ran over an iPad, valued at $399 and damaged it.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she was sexually assaulted on March 23.

A man in the area of Wing Avenue and Southwest Boulevard reported to Sedalia Police that somebody used his social security number to file taxes with the IRS and now he can't do so.

A woman at South Center and East 12th found an abandoned bicycle in her yard yesterday (June 1).

Sedalia Police arrested Richard Jones for loud noise, after he constantly yelled during a traffic stop, bond set at $533.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Sarah McAteer for a Pettis County warrant, bond set at $10 cash.

Sedalia Police went to the area of East 11th and South Lamine yesterday (June 1), on a report of a dog running loose and getting in people's trash. Sedalia Police issued a municipal summons to Ronile Roberts for animals running at large.

Sedalia Police arrested Christopher Henry for driving while suspended.
