The Sedalia Police and Fire Department responded to a structural fire on Monday afternoon, near East 4th and South Lafayette. The fire had been set in the bathroom area of the abandoned structure.
A woman reported to Sedalia Police someone stole her wallet, with $60, in the area of East Broadway and South Hancock, yesterday (July 14).
Sedalia Police investigated a hit and run accident that occurred in the area of South Stewart and West 2nd. A man reported to Sedalia Police his red 2003 Dodge Ram pickup was struck while it was parked in the roadway, yesterday (July 14).
A woman reported to Sedalia Police that somebody hit vehicle and drove off on Monday morning, but she's not sure where the accident occurred.
A license plate was found in the area of 9th and Harrison.
Sedalia Police arrested Clarence Harvey for a probation violation out of Benton County, no bond set and a warrant for stealing in Pettis County, bond set at $1,500.
Sedalia Police arrested Davy Rasa for driving while suspended, bond set at $533.50.
Sedalia Police arrested Ashley Maupins-Deml for failure to appear, bond set at $50 cash.
Sedalia Police arrested Nicholas Smith for child abuse and domestic assault in the 3rd.
