Sedalia Police Department and Pettis County Sheriff’s Office Crime Reports for November 14, 2017
Pettis County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the 4200 block of W. Main St. on November 14 in reference to a trespassing complaint. An investigation determined that a subject at the residence, Timothy McCullick, had two warrants. McCullick was arrested on the warrants and was transported to the Pettis County Jail.
The Pettis County Sheriff's Office in investigating property damaged that occured in the 12000 block of Easter Rd. in Green Ridge.
Sedalia Police were dispatched around 2 a.m. on November 13 to Walmart to investigate a suspicious person in the parking lot. Police say the suspect was found unresponsive in the parking lot. An investigation revealed 48-year-old Darren L. Marconette to be in possession of methamphetamine and controlled prescriptions. He was taken to Bothwell Regional Medical Center by the Pettis County Ambulance District. State charges for drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia are being submitted.
A Sedalia man was arrested on an active warrant, and a charge of identity theft, after police were dispatched to the Municipal Building on November 12 for a warrant check. Officers were told that the suspect was meeting another person for a custody exchange just before 8 p.m. Dispatch told officers that the suspect had a warrant. When the suspect arrived, officers confirmed the warrant. While confirming the warrant, the suspected allegedly provided false personal information. 33-year-old Samuel Aaron Bartlett was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.
