Sedalia Police Department Crime Reports for Nov. 7, 2018

Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop at 32nd and Stewart at 4:04 p.m. Monday for an equipment violation. A computer check revealed that 33-year-old Tyran Michael Valentine of Sedalia, was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear on drug charges. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $3,500 cash or surety bond.

Sedalia Police were called to the American Inn, 1217 S. Limit, at 11:14 p.m. Monday on a physical disturbance. According to a report, the suspect said the victim had been emotional for most of the evening. Then ran out of the room. The victim told police the suspect blocked her from leaving the room, then pushed her down on the bed. 34-year-old Brian Michael Luallen was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County jail on charges of 1st degree kidnapping and 4th degree domestic assault.
