Ward, reportedly had a Sedalia FTA warrant and 2 Pettis County FTA warrants. Ward was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail, with a total bond of $3,050.


On Sunday (Oct 22), Sedalia Police took a theft report in the 1500 block of Honeysuckle Road. The victim told officers that someone broke into his truck and stole a handgun. There are no suspects.


On Sunday (Oct 22), Sedalia Police responded to the 2500 block of Greenwood Lane for a theft report. The victim stated that someone entered an unlocked 2013 Ford and stole a purse. The purse reportedly contained several credit cards, driver's license, and other ID cards. There are no suspects at this time.


On Sunday (Oct 22), Sedalia Police responded to the 1100 block of S. Massachusetts Ave for a reported theft. Someone had stolen a purse from the victim's vehicle sometime overnight. The purse contained about $900. Police are continuing to investigate.


On Saturday (Oct 21), Sedalia Police took a theft report in the 500 block of E. 10th Street. The victim said her boyfriend took a purse and fled the scene. The purse reportedly contained over $600 worth of personal belongings. The suspect had not been located at the time of the report.


On Friday (Oct 20), Sedalia Police took a theft report in the 3200 block of S. Kentucky Ave. The victim told officers a firearm had been stolen from a parked vehicle. The firearm is valued at $500. There were no further details listed in the report.


On Friday (Oct 20), Sedalia Police took a theft report in the 1300 block of E. 5th Street. Someone had reportedly taken multiple items from a vehicle, including a purse and .40 caliber AMT pistol. There were no further details listed in the report.
