Police reports for July 14, 2016

Sedalia Police arrested Christian Alexander Crum, 19, after they responded to a disturbance in the 1300 block of S. Kentucky, on Wednesday. He was charged with 3rd degree Domestic Assault after he allegedly assaulted his mother and father. The mother received injuries to her arm and legs, and the father received injuries to his arm and hands. Both refused medical treatment. Crum was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold, pending the filing of state charges.

Debra Loreen Menley, 60, was arrested for Failure to Appear upon arrest or summons. Bond was set at $50 with a court date of Aug. 18.

Kevin Henry Lee, 28, Sedalia, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license after a traffic stop at 12th and Crescent Drive for improper registration on a Chrysler minivan at 4:31 a.m. July 14. The plate on the Chrysler checked to a Nissan. Lee was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released with a court date to be announced.

Bonnie Carey, 37, Sedalia, was arrested in Municipal for Failure to Appear-misdemeanor on a Benton County warrant. Bond was set at $1,000, cash or surety. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail.

A wallet was reported stolen from an unlocked truck on Wednesday. The wallet was later recovered in the 400 block of State Fair Blvd., but missing a company check, a Missouri driver's license and a credit card.

Police recovered a bike in the 1000 block of W. 11th. It is a black and silver Roadmaster Granite 20-inch bicycle. The bike was place into the Bike Shed.
