Monday night, Officers were dispatched to the Wal Mart store, 3201 West Broadway Boulevard, for a report of shoplifting. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the Wal Mart employee and gathered information for a report. Madison Elaina Wolfe, 23, of Sedalia, was arrested on a charge of Shoplifting. Wolfe was released with a city summons.


 

On the evening of June 14th, Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of South Grand Avenue for a theft that had occurred. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with Destiny Shipley and gathered information. A report was generated, and formal charges were submitted.

Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the Wal Mart employee and gathered information for a report. Kristi Ann Wiser, 41, of Sedalia, was arrested on a charge of Shoplifting. Wiser was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked and released.


 

Wednesday afternoon, Officers were dispatched to the Probation and Parole Office, 205 Thompson Boulevard. Officers were there to make contact with a subject present who had a warrant for their arrest. The warrant was confirmed with JCOMM. The  warrant was issued in June 2024 after a citation in March of 2024 on charges of Excessive Speeding (26 MPH or More). Josie E. Gibbs, 25, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail, pending a cash or surety bond of $1,000.


 

On the morning of June 22nd, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a Mercury Montego bearing an expired Missouri license plate. The driver was identified, and a check of his driving status came back suspended. Ryan J. Pennington, 31, of Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Suspended. Pennington was given a citation and released from the scene.
