Three people were injured Tuesday morning in a 4-vehicle wreck that occurred in Sedalia.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck just before 8:00, at US-50 and Westwood Drive.

According to the online crash report, four vehicles were eastbound when a Kenworth Tractor trailer overtook and struck the rear of one, which caused a chain reaction and two other vehicles were damaged.

Three people were injured in the accident, including 50-year old Cathy J. Holloway, of Sedalia, 34-year old Stephanie J. Morey, of Jefferson City, and 74-year old Linda J. Adams, of Pleasant Hill.

Holloway and Morey suffered moderate injuries and were taken Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment. Adams suffered minor injuries and is seeking her own treatment.

The driver of the Kenworth, 61-year old Michael S. Noblett, of Vienna, MO, was reportedly uninjured.

Sedalia Police and Pettis County deputies assisted the Patrol at the scene.
