ST. LOUIS (AP) — Seventeen protesters have been arrested in a St. Louis convenience store parking lot near where a recent police shooting reignited anger about an earlier Ferguson shooting. St. Louis police said in an email yesterday that the arrests were for unlawful assembly. Demonstrators had turned up at the Quicktrip amid a four-day summit to protest the early August police shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown.
