Four people were injured Tuesday afternoon in an accident involving four vehicles in Benton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck at approximately 1:30, on MO-7 at Cedar Grove Ave.

According to the online crash report, a Lincoln MKS was making a left turn when it crosses into the path of a Jeep Cherokee, causing the vehicles to strike each other. The Lincoln then crossed into the path of a Pontiac G6, causing a collision. A wheel from the Pontiac came off and struck a Toyota Prius.

The driver of the Lincoln, 88-year old Leonard G. Creasy and a passenger, 85-year old Catherine P. Creasy, both of Warsaw, suffered minor injuries. The Creasys' were taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment.

The driver of the Jeep, 46-year old Kimsue Rhodes, of Warsaw, suffered minor injuries and was taken to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the Pontiac, 39-year old Nicole L. Taylor, of Clinton, also suffered minor injuries and was taken to Golden Valley Memorial for treatment.

The Highway Patrol says the driver of the Toyota was not injured.
