SEDALIA—State Fair Community College Roadrunners Head Coach Kevin Thomas has announced the addition of Craig McKenzie and Kipras Pumputis to the Roadrunners’ roster for next season.

McKenzie is a 6-4 guard from Brooklyn, New York, who played his senior season for Head Coach Malcolm Connor at Brooklyn Collegiate. He averaged 18 points, five rebounds and two assists.

“He can get to the basket and finish around the rim,” said Thomas. “He is pretty athletic. We need to work with him to improve his shooting to help him become a better player.”

Pumputis, a 6-6 wing, is originally from Moletai, Lithuania. He played his senior season for Head Coach Greg Majchrzak at Erie Christian in Erie, Pennsylvania, and averaged 17 points as a senior.

“Kipras is athletic,” said Thomas. “He can score the ball as well as pass it. He will be able to create off of the dribble and has the ability to play multiple positions for us.”
