STL Man’s Body Located After He Jumped Off Bridge
A St. Louis man was found floating in the Missouri River after apparently jumped off the Blanchette Bridge in St. Charles County on Tuesday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 23-year-old Montez T. Patterson of St. Louis, was involved in an incident after contact by law enforcement, and jumped off the I-70 bridge from the eastbound lanes.
The body was later found floating in the river near the 29 ½ mile marker, near the St. Charles County shoreline. The body was taken by Lonning Mortuary Service to the St. Louis County Medical Examiner's Office.
St. Charles Fire and St. Charles Police assisted the five Troopers on scene.
