1st degree murder

A Missouri man pleaded guilty Tuesday to a cattle fraud scheme that he tried to cover up by killing two Wisconsin brothers.

Self turned himself in, and offered his confession to authorities late Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 13

Taken into custody was 53-year-old Mark A. Fielder of Windsor.
