Emergency Snow Routes

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for central Missouri which includes the City of Sedalia.

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for the Sedalia area beginning at 6:00 Wednesday evening the city has activated emergency snow routes through Thursday afternoon.

Sedalia has the potential for snow accumulations of from 1-3 inches beginning Tuesday, Feb. 6 and continuing into the nighttime hours.

The City of Sedalia’s Public Works Department wanted to remind residents not to park along Emergency Snow Routes during snow emergencies.
