Darrell L. Johnson, 45, Sedalia, was arrested on formal charges of felony Resisting Arrest, Harassment in the 2nd Degree, and Driving While Intoxicated.

On-scene investigation led to a male suspect being arrested for sending an excessive amount of messages to the victim, which included threats.

On Sunday at 7:39 p.m., Sedalia Police took a property damage report at Sedalia Housing Authority, 500 Welch Court.

Sedalia Police responded to the area of West 4th Street and South Missouri Avenue in reference to a domestic disturbance involving a firearm.

Pettis County Deputies responded to the 100 block of Villa Drive, in reference to a subject harassing a neighbor.

The suspect, 43-year-old Benjamin Joseph Armstrong, of Sedalia, was later located, arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold

A warrant check revealed he was wanted for a $1500 cash or surety misdemeanor warrant out of Pettis County for 2nd Degree Harassment.

The caller said she made eye contact with both of them and they continued to drive by slowly.

Richard D. Thomas, 63, of Sedalia, was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail.

Sedalia Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of South Moniteau in reference to a harassment complaint.
