Sedalia Man Convicted on Four Counts of Felonious Acts With a Child Friday
Andrew J. Skutnick, Jr., 55 of Sedalia, has been convicted by a Pettis County jury that reached a verdict Friday afternoon on 4 counts of felonious acts with a child that were alleged to have occurred back in 2014 in Sedalia, Missouri.
