On the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, several events will be held in the area on Tuesday, September 11, 2012. These events will honor the men and women who lost their lives in the attack and the heroes who served their country in its darkest hour.

Normally I don't get the chance to go because I'm at the Missouri State Fair or covering high school football, but this year with Al McCurdy bringing us Smith-Cotton Football, I finally got the chance to go.
