Missouri plans to seize farmland as part of the $24 billion dollar lawsuit judgement against China.

A proposition was passed in Missouri in November that will increase the minimum wage in Missouri plus provide more paid sick leave. A lawsuit is now trying to stop those before they even start.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Officials with the Kansas City-St. Joseph Diocese say the diocese is not considering bankruptcy, despite having paid millions of dollars for legal fees and settlements in sexual abuse cases involving priests.
