I like to consider Kevin Walker a good friend of mine. Many of you in the community know him, and even if you don't, chances are you've seen his photographs somewhere. He's been taking pictures for 37 years, and over the last two years he's taken over 25,000 photos on his digital camera. This Friday, we get to see the best of the best.

“The Great American Trailer Park Musical” Hosts Auditions at Liberty Center
The Great American Trailer Park Musical will kick off the 2013 season at the Liberty Center Association for the Arts. Auditions for the show will be July 29 and 30 at 6:30 p.m. at the Center located at 111 West 5th Street in Sedalia. Cast will be adult men and women ages 18-55.

The Liberty Center Association for the Arts is currently accepting nominations for the STAR Award.  To nominate someone for the award, you should obtain as much detailed information about your nominee’s arts accomplishments as possible. The more details, the more likely the committee is to consider your person since they may not be familiar with everything your candidate has done.
