Harrison, on charges of DWI (prior offender), Driving While Revoked, possession of synthetic narcotics (demerol and methado) and possession of drug paraphernalia, after a traffic stop in the 700 block of E. Broadway after an officer observed a vehicle weaving in the roadway.
