Omaha Beef

The first regular season for the CPIFL has come to an end, and there are four teams that have qualified for the playoffs: The Omaha Beef, Wichita Wild, Sioux City Bandits and Salina Bombers.

The Mid-Missouri Outlaws traveled to take on the Omaha Beef on Sunday afternoon (May 5) and lost 68-13. The Omaha Beef charged out to a 15 point lead before quarterback Damien Dunning was able to find Marcus James open for a 10-yard reception for a touchdown. The Mid-Missouri Outlaws are in the midst of the most grueling portion of their schedule, taking on the top three teams three weeks in a row. Last week they lost to the CPIFL League leaders, the Wichita Wild, 82-9. Now they're ready to head north on the road for two games.
