Ribbon Cutting

Sacred Heart School daycare, preschool, and kindergarteners join SHS leadership, parents, and members of the community for an official ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the installation of interlocking surface tiles that replaced the playground's pea gravel.

The Sedalia #200 School Board met Monday evening in the Dr. Harriet Wolfe Media Center, at Smith-Cotton High School. The meeting began with a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new additions to the high school, with a tour that followed.

The Knob Noster School District and Whiteman Elementary held a rededication ceremony last night (Nov. 13) at Whiteman Air Force Base. Brigadier General Thomas Bussiere, Knob Noster School Superintendent Dr. Jaret Tomlinson, and the Knob Noster School Board were there to cut a ribbon to mark the occasion.

Lucky Chinese, which has been in business for the last 15 years, recently made the decision to tear down their small restaurant and have now tripled their space in their new location.  Lucky Chinese is now open at 2710 West Broadway and held a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Sedalia Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, October 18.
